We offer a refund and exchange guarantee only for codes that do not work, provided that the license codes for the products you purchased have been delivered to you. However, we do not offer a refund or cancellation guarantee for codes that were purchased by mistake or entered incorrectly. Under this policy, refund and exchange requests will be accepted only for products that do not work.
Return Policy:
Since our products are digital licensed products, they are delivered directly to the relevant account immediately after the purchase is completed. The license codes sent will be visible and activated immediately, provided there is no user error or incorrect code; therefore, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed. This ensures protection for both you and us. However, in the event that we send an incorrect code, cancellations and refunds can be processed within 14 days.
